Avril Lavigne has lashed out at Mark Zuckerberg, accusing the Facebook CEO of bullying Nickelback.
Zuckerberg made a joke about the band in the advert for his artificial intelligence assistant Jarvis, who says there are "no good Nickelback songs" to play for him
But the ex-wife of the band's frontman Chad Kroeger definitely didn't see the funny side.
Taking to Twitter, the Canadian star - who sparked rumours she was back with Chad earlier this year - said: "Dear Mark, many people use your products - some people love them and some people don’t.
"Either way, you’re allowed your musical opinion however, your jab at Nickelback is in poor taste.
"When you have a voice like yours, you may want to consider being more responsible with promoting bullying, especially given what’s going on in the world today.
"SayNoToBullying #TheJokeIsOld #NickelbackHasSoldOver50MillionAlbums."
The note sparked a hilarious backlash from Twitter users who never thought they'd see the day Avril would call out Zuckerberg.
One quipped: "Avril Lavigne vs. Mark Zuckerbger is a friendly reminder that 2016 isn't over yet and there's still plenty of time for more weird. "
While another said her reaction was over the top, writing: "I miss the good old days when people could take a F**KING JOKE."
