'My eyebrows!' Nervous Tom Hanks ducks for safety during live fire stunt on The One Show

Tom Hanks looked nervous during a daring fire stunt on The One Show this evening.
As he walked into the BBC studios with fellow Hollywood stars Ron Howard and Felicity Jones, the actor ducked as flames appeared to blaze out in his direction.

Clearly somewhat on edge, the actor covered his face as he tried to make his way past.
When he finally managed to greet Alex Jones and Matt Baker, he joked: "That almost took off my eyebrows!"
He continued: "When we were told by your staff that they had pyros outside... Well, in America, that term refers to people who light fires for pleasure - like urban anarchists! People who throw bottles of gasoline around."
Looking back outside the studios where the stunt had taken place, Tom didn't seem too impressed.
He quipped: "It's like the kind of thing they should outside certain restaurants, where you have a cup of tea outside and periodically blow up jet exahusts."
Meanwhile, Hollywood director Ron admitted he liked the special affects put together by the BBC team.
