Coronation Street fans were in tears when Kylie Platt was killed off this summer.
As she and David prepared to jet off to Barbados to start a new life together, she was stabbed in the street by thug Clayton, before passing away in her husband's arms.
It was a heartbreaking moment in soapland, but actress Helen Worth - who plays Gail McIntyre - reckons the Weatherfield favourite may rise from the dead and make an explosive come back.
Speaking at a Corrie press conference, she teased: "You never know, you never know!
"You always expect characters to come back. You don't say goodbye, you just think they'll be there again."
Jack P Shepherd, who plays David, then opened up about the emotional impact Kylie's death had on him.
"I couldn't eat or sleep," he admitted. "I've never really taken it home before, I've always left the scenes when I have walked out the door. But those scenes did affect me for about a week - which is a very long time, for me anyway!"
He then went on to confess that he doesn't miss working with actress Paul Lane - who portrayed the late Kylie - but only because he's been too busy to think about her departure properly.
It's only because it has been non-stop - we've not had time to even think about her," he explained. "The scenes have been so very dramatic lately, I think it will feel weird doing everyday, normal Platt scenes but at the minute, not really."
