Brad Pitt has reportedly been spending some time with his children after his split from Angelina Jolie.
Several outlets report that the World War Z actor saw some of his six children over the weekend for the first time since Angelina filed for divorce on September 19.
It has been reported that an agreement has been reached between Brad and Angelina, who were together for 12 years.
It comes after the actor looks set to be cleared of child abuse claims .
The FBI had been looking into allegations that surfaced when he and wife Angelina Jolie split.
The claims centred on reports that the Oscar-winning star was “screaming” and “ranting” at their six children on a private jet from France to the US.
The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services began probing claims Brad, 52, struck son Maddox, 15.
A report was handed to the LA Police Department, who referred it to the FBI – which has jurisdiction for flights.
But FBI chiefs are thought to have ruled there is no case to answer – and have not even gone as far as opening a formal investigation.
US reports claimed “the Bureau’s official position is they are still fact-gathering, though they are not calling it an investigation”.
They added: “Behind the scenes, we’re told the case will go nowhere.”
The incident reportedly came days before Tomb Raider star Angelina, 41, filed for divorce .
Legal files cited irreconcilable differences.
The A-list couple were together 12 years and married for two.
Angelina is seeking physical custody of their six children – Maddox, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, eight.
However, she wants Brad to have visitation rights.
