It follows reports that Brangelina have reached a temporary custody agreement .
Now, according to TMZ , Angelina will have temporary physical custody of all six of the children for the next three weeks, before the Los Angeles County Department Of Children And Family Services review the case again.
Actor Brad, 52, will allegedly have an initial monitored visit with a therapist, before they assesses if they should remain present for future visits.
Sources confirmed Brad has also agreed to have random drugs and alcohol tests, completely voluntarily, and the whole family will undergo counselling.
A source told Mirror Online: "The temporary agreement will last until October 20, and it is completely voluntary with a structured decision making plan.
"Both stars voluntarily agreed to take part in counselling, and no permanent agreement has been made on full physical or legal custody."
The source added: "There has been no ruling, this was just a completely voluntary agreement."
Brad agreed to have the therapist present when he first visits his kids Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
